Take time to analyze what's on your mind. All thoughts come from someplace. If you keep having the same thought, take notice and understand where it's coming from. Now, those negative thoughts should be thrown away. They take up too much space
and too much energy. Focus on the positive, concentrate on your plan (you have one, Right??) and decide the best course of action in seeing that your goals and dreams are fulfilled. You know what they say about an idle mind so ensure all your thoughts
