Don't stay....

No matter if it's positive or negative people tend to stay in their same routine until there is either an interruption or you realize it's not where you want to be. How do you overcome a negative routine? Of course, everyone is different. But, I'm sure no matter your position it'll take plenty of work. It's like exercising by continuously working on a particular area. So, if it's your emotions or the physical focus on improving and being healthy. Healthy is not just physical but a combination of mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and in some cases financial.  Most times people don't think to include financial, however, it's one of the main contenders when trying to improve the quality of life. It's a domino effect and if one is out of balance it throws everything else off. Find your center, get and stay focused. I know, easier said than done.  -#determination #consistency #getitdone
