Everyday is a good day because God made all days. 🙏🏾 However, some days don't seem as good as others and there lay the crux of the matter. On those not so perfect days it takes great fortitude to get through. How do you cope? Most times we've already experienced this type of day and know it too shall pass. We know this because we've gotten through it before. I know prayer is the first weapon, but what else do you do? Workout the frustration? Find comfort food? Lay in bed? Have a drink? Hey, no judgement! My motto has always been, ”whatever it take to get you through as long as you stay in control and not allow whatever you choose to control you”. We all deal with things differently and what might work for you won't work for others. Arghhh.....
What I’d like to say is this, ”don’t ignore your feelings”, ”don’t ignore your mental health”, ”don’t be embarrassed or ashamed if you need to speak to someone” Your mental health is as important as your physical health!
