Yes, my issue is being consistent🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m working on it “Work In Progress”! I really miss talking to you and discussing life. Life is a beautiful thing and ever changing.  Although, I’m always trying to improve in every aspect of my life, I’ve been really focused on my skin and internal health. It’s all relevant! Well, I make sure I really clean my face and give it the nutrients it require to stay hydrated, glowing and vibrant.  It takes more than just washing with soap or your favorite cleanser to remove all the dirt and particles from our skin. I’m known for using natural products and most, not all, but most of my make-up is natural and/or organic. I recently learned using natural products reduces the shelf life if not properly stored.  Also, serums and moisturizers are absorbed better if properly applied.  This means if applied at a certain temperature and before or after other products have a better outcome. I’m going to share some of my favorite products and tools I use so you can do your own research and possibly try them. Our responsibility to ourselves is to be a “priority”, “consistent” and “accountable”  👊🏾
