Good Morning Gems,
I hope I’m finding everyone in good health and spirit. We have so much to be thankful for. I feel so much better today and I decided to get back with the program. Recently, I haven’t been motivated or caring so my eating has been crazy and I hadn’t worked out. Anyway, I prepared cottage cheese and pineapple spears for breakfast and I’m getting my butt on the treadmill. I have several workout gadgets so I’m hoping to put in a good session after work. Hopefully, this will motivate someone who’s been in the same predicament as myself. I’ve put in too much work to allow myself to go back.

I’ve been seeing many people putting out virtual workouts so there’s something we (I) can do to pump, pump, pump it up🏋🏾♀️🧘🏾♀️
I won’t beat myself up too bad🥊 Life happens🤷🏾♀️ But, I’m glad I came to my senses and getting back into the grind.
