I hope this morning find you all well rested and healthy. I enjoyed watching Monique earlier this morning working out while going through my morning ablutions. I wanted to have a great start so afterwards I made sure to have my tea. ☕️ I’m really wanting to do better and I honestly put forth the effort. I’m also working on my timing to everything. Training myself because I’m always, always rushing.
Last night I had my son assist me with rearranging my furniture on the lower level so I could have more room to work out, comfortably. However, my Xbox is giving me fits, I can’t get online😬
Yesterday, I tried working out to FB Live with Jackie Boot Camp Richardson and it was cool, but I’ll need to try it again.
I’m really concentrating on using the many workout tools I have. Hey, I bought them for a reason🤷🏾♀️
And, I now have Google Duo to “Face Time” others who don’t have an iPhone. This way I can grow my list of individuals who’d like a workout partner. I hope to get my Tripod by tomorrow to make the process less stressful.
Also, the videos and pics aren’t loading on the blog like I want so future posts will include a link to view. I’ve created an album on Google called “Workout Quarantine” for my workout sessions during this time of Social Distancing.
