No Pain! No Gain!

Good Morning my Fabulous Fit Friends,

Although, it was a gorgeous day out yesterday I chose to stay in and do a lil’ pampering and creating my own Spa day! Chile, I did a vegetable mask and a sugar scrub on my body. Well, it was so necessary because a Sistah was sore! My calves were tight and my legs were aching. I mean I could go on, but you get the point🤷🏾‍♀️. I did Spinning and Double Dutch Wednesday, Spinning Friday, Double Dutch Saturday and 1 1/2 of Boxing on Sunday.  Anyway, I knew in order to get some relief and to be able to relax I had to get rid of the pain. I have a remedy that hasn’t failed me yet that I want to share with you all. Let’s face it, we’re in this together trying to get that Summer Body or at a minimum, get fit👊🏾

First, sit in an empty tub~ Yes, you heard right. I’ll tell you why in a sec
Next, turn water on HOT. It’s easier to bring your body temperature up rather than trying to step into hot water🤦🏾‍♀️

Afterwards, add these ingredients:
1 c. Baking Soda
2 c. Epsom Salt
10 drops of Eucalyptus or Lavender Oil

Last, RELAX

Now, get creative or whatever to submerge your body, especially the aching parts down into the water. I stay in the tub a minimum of 1/2 hour. When finished get up and shower.

P.S. I turn out the bathroom light and light me a candle, turn on my Bose or sometimes I turn on Deepak Chopra, take me a BIG cup of cold water to drink and have me a “ME” moment.
